Richard M. Staniszewski

Richard M. Staniszewski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and customer success within the telecommunications and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Hera Title since January 2022, Richard has also held significant roles such as Vice President of Client Success at Cook and James, LLC, and Partner at Enbio Industries Inc. Richard's prior experience includes positions as COO at Shift Period, LLC, and Director of Customer Operations at Cbeyond. Richard has a strong background in call center management, business process optimization, and management training, highlighted by a career that began in the US Navy, where Richard received the Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Richard holds a B.S. in Psychology from Georgia State University, a Six Sigma Black Belt from The University of Georgia, and additional training from the United States Navy.
