Himaja Govindaraju

Himaja Govindaraju is a seasoned professional in biomedical engineering with experience in product development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Product Development Engineering Manager at Cook Biotech since July 2016, Himaja previously held the position of Development Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality/Field Action Engineer at Zimmer Biomet, where responsibilities involved drafting Health Hazard Evaluations for the FDA. Additionally, Himaja gained valuable research experience as an NIH Intern at IUPUI, focusing on diabetes research, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Purdue University, contributing to studies on Niemann-Pick type C disease. Himaja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Purdue University, obtained in 2014.
