Kristine Bielak

Kristine Bielak currently serves as Key Account Manager at Cook Biotech, part of RTI Surgical, since November 2013. In this role, Kristine coordinates technical evaluations of new technologies and acts as a point of contact for potential partners while maintaining a database of information and documenting efforts in a monthly newsletter. Previously, Kristine held positions as Scientist III and Scientific Communication Specialist within the Scientific Affairs and Testing team at Cook Biotech, focusing on the development of biomaterial-derived medical devices, and as Aliquoting and Extractions Chemist I at AIT Laboratories, where responsibilities included drug analyte extraction in a toxicology lab. Kristine's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Biology for the Health Professions from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Genetic Biology, Neurobiology, and Physiology from Purdue University.
