Sam Werschky

Sam Werschky, PE, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Planning, Design & Construction at Cook Children's Health Care System, where responsibilities include the development and administration of construction strategies. Prior to this role, Sam worked as a Senior Project Manager at Broaddus & Associates, managing major capital projects for Texas Christian University. Additional experience includes leadership positions at the City of Fort Worth and the US Navy, where significant accomplishments involved managing large teams, overseeing substantial budgets, and delivering complex construction programs. Sam holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering, both from Texas A&M University.
