Francisco Angulo

Francisco Angulo, MBA, is an accomplished director with extensive experience in healthcare technology and systems solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Applications Development at Cook County Health since September 1998, Francisco leads management and senior technical staff in providing clinical research and healthcare information systems solutions. Previous roles include serving as the I.T. Director within the Department of Medicine, where oversight encompassed data warehousing, database and web development, IT support, and budgeting. Additionally, Francisco participated as the CCHHS Informatics Lead for CAPriCORN, contributing to initiatives aimed at improving health care quality and outcomes in the Chicago region.
