Michele Henhapl

Michele Henhapl, Psy.D., currently serves as the Director of Juvenile Justice Behavioral Health Training Programs at Cook County Health since October 2022. Previously, Michele held the position of Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Lakeshore Psychotherapy Group LLC from August 2020 to October 2022, and served as Director of Psychology at Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital from August 2018 to July 2022, where Michele also completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship. Michele’s early career included roles such as Clinical Psychology Intern at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Advanced Therapy Extern at Children’s Research Triangle. Michele has extensive experience in psychological assessment for children and adolescents in various settings. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
