Sarah Elder, LCSW, CADC is a skilled manager with experience in overseeing behavioral health programs in various healthcare settings. Sarah has a strong background in clinical therapy, treatment planning, and health promotion interventions. Through their roles at different organizations, Sarah has provided support to individuals experiencing homelessness, substance abuse, and mental illness, while also offering case management services to vulnerable populations.
