Sudie Davis III

Sudie Davis III is the Co-Founder and CEO of Davis Solutions Group, established in 2023, focusing on operational efficiency and IT infrastructure with a commitment to process improvement and DEI. Since July 2019, Sudie has held the position of Senior Director of the Project Management Office and Change Center of Excellence at Cook County Health, overseeing approximately 100 projects annually and implementing a new project portfolio management system. Sudie has also served as Practice Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management at Unify Consulting, leading a team to enhance productivity and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, Sudie has played pivotal roles in change management initiatives at T-Mobile and Gap, achieving significant project adoption rates. Earlier experience includes consulting for The Coca-Cola Company and HDR, where Sudie led operational process improvements that enhanced efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Sudie holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS in Economics from Virginia State University.
