Shannon Rasic, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Properties at Cook Inlet Region, Inc. since August 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Anchorage School District from December 2017 to August 2023, where Shannon held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Maintenance & Operations, and was recognized with a service award for exceptional performance during the 2018 earthquake response. Prior to that, experience at Ferguson Enterprises focused on showroom and sales management, and early career efforts included working as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Business Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, both obtained from the University of Alaska Anchorage, along with a minor in Spanish.

The Company is owned by more than 8,500 shareholders of Athabascan and Southeast Indian, Inupiat, Yup'ik, Alutiiq/Sugpiaq and Aleut/Unangax descent.
