Caroline Field

Caroline Field, PMP, MBA, is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in implementing complex technology and health record systems within various organizations. Currently serving at Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc., Caroline leads an Electronic Health Record implementation project and a case management program transition to Apricot360. Previous roles include IT Project Manager III and Product Manager III at GCI Communication Corp., where key initiatives involved process mapping and vendor selection for customer consent programs. Prior experience includes Senior IT Project Manager at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, overseeing significant migrations and upgrades, and leading multiple EHR implementations at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. Caroline holds degrees in Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
