Declan Kirwan, PMP, is an experienced Senior Business System Analyst and Project Manager at Cook Medical since November 2018, employing Agile methodologies for project management. Previous experience includes serving as a Global Program Manager Consultant at Dell EMC, where management of worldwide order frictionless projects was executed, and as a Project Manager focused on EMEA procurement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Declan's career began at Intel Corporation as a Supplier Quality Engineer, and has included roles at HP as an Outsource Vendor Manager, and at Computer Products Ireland as a Test Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Limerick and a Certificate in Quality Control from Munster Technological University, along with various certifications from PMI and ACCA.
