Marcus F. began their work experience as an Assistant Manager at Oaks Theater, where they were responsible for guest services, training staff, and managing facility operations. Marcus then worked as an Assembler II at ZOLL Medical Corporation, where they performed diagnostics and quality control on portable defibrillators. Marcus later served as a Service Technician at Cianflone Scientific Instruments, leading efforts in research and development for new equipment lines and streamlining repair processes. Marcus then worked as a Quality Engineering Technician at Fresenius Kabi, overseeing blood platelet separation device production and contributing to corrective action plans. Marcus also worked as a Field Services Engineer at ChemImage Corporation, providing device installations, customer training, and maintenance services. Most recently, Marcus joined Cook MyoSite as a Metrology Engineering Associate I, responsible for maintaining and repairing medical research equipment and coordinating material usage.

Marcus F. completed their high school education at Fox Chapel Area High School from 2004 to 2008, earning a High School Diploma. Marcus then pursued a degree in Sociology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they attended Pittsburgh Technical College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
