Paul Buck

Paul Buck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul is currently employed as a System Analyst II at Cook MyoSite since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Erie Insurance Group from 2016 to 2022. During their time at Erie Insurance Group, they held various roles including Data Insights - Software Engineer, Agent System Record - Assoc. Software Engineer, Infrastructure Mainframe - Assoc. Admin/Engineer, IT Service Management - Assoc. Software Engineer, Commerical Lines - Assoc. Software Engineer, Test Automation - Assoc. Software Engineer, Personal Lines - Assoc. Software Engineer, and Production Control - Assoc. Software Engineer. From 2008 to 2012, Paul served in the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army as a 13D - Senior Computer Operator. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Associate at Walmart from 2007 to 2008, and as a Forklift Operator at New England Motor Frieght from 2006 to 2007.

Paul Buck obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Security Risk Analysis from Penn State University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Paul later pursued a Master of Software Engineering (MSE) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Penn State World Campus from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, Paul has obtained several certifications, including the Master of Software Engineering certification from Penn State University in December 2021, the Master the Mainframe 2019 - Part 3 certification from IBM in January 2020, the Master the Mainframe 2019 - Part 2 certification from IBM in October 2019, the Mendix Rapid Developer certification from Mendix in September 2017, and the CAE Certificate Information Assurance and Cyber Defense from Penn State University in December 2016.
