Wayne Weaver

Wayne Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Manager Supply Chain at Cook MyoSite starting in 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning at Viatris from 2019 to 2021, where they oversaw material purchases and led risk mitigation efforts. Before that, they worked at Mylan from 2014 to 2019, holding roles such as Senior Manager Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering Manager. At Mylan, they managed various teams and implemented improvements to optimize production and reduce costs. Earlier in their career, Wayne worked as a Deputy Program Manager at Eagle Systems and a Quality Assurance Manager at Nukote. Wayne also worked at Cintas, where they served as a Manager, Plant/General and a Six Sigma BB/Engineer, focusing on process improvement and driving Six Sigma initiatives.

Wayne Weaver completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering at West Virginia University from 1982 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in October 2021.
