Jose Mercado

Jose Mercado has over 25 years of work experience in the banking security industry. Jose currently holds the position of Vice President of National Accounts at Cook Solutions Group, where they lead efforts to maintain and enhance relationships with multi-unit, contracted customers. Prior to this, they worked as a General Manager at Cook Solutions Group, where they managed operational costs and provided support for employees in Southern California and Arizona. Jose has also worked as a National Account Manager at Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, where they developed and nurtured positive account relationships. Jose has experience in project management and served as a Regional Account Executive and a Senior Project Manager at Hamilton Pacific. Additionally, Jose has held positions as an ATM Project Manager at Plexicor and Montech FSM, and started their career as an ATM Field Technician at Western Vault Security Inc.

From 1994 to 1997, Jose Mercado attended ITT, where they pursued a degree in Electronics Engineering known as BASEE.
