Mark Hawes is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Strategic Solutions Manager at Cook Solutions Group since November 2022. Previously, Mark was the Principal Broker at Salt Realty Inc from January 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included real estate instruction and active membership in industry organizations. Recognized for excellence in the real estate field, Mark received multiple top producer awards from various companies between 2016 and 2020. Mark has also contributed to leadership and coaching as a mentor in real estate since 2016. Prior to a career in real estate, Mark held strategic roles at inthinc Technology Solutions and SecureAlert, focusing on account management and project management for significant clients in diverse industries. Mark began the professional journey at The MGIS Companies, Inc. as a New Business Coordinator.
