Nick Moulds is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Head of Technical Operations at COOK Trading Ltd since June 2021. With a career spanning over two decades, Nick has held various technical and quality management roles at prominent companies, including Premier Foods, popchips, Veetee Group, CSM Bakery Solutions, Kate's Cakes Ltd, and Pasta Reale. In earlier positions, Nick worked as a Territory Account Manager at Ecolab and Diversey Inc, as well as a Processing Manager and Technical Manager at Arla Foods. Nick's educational background includes an HND in Food Science and Technology from the University of Lincoln.
