Victoria Croucher is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in production and operational development. Currently serving as Production Manager, Head of Operational Development, and Development Chef at COOK Trading Ltd since January 2018, Victoria has honed expertise in managing food production and optimizing operational processes. Prior experience includes roles as Junior Development Chef at Ferndale Foods Limited, Commis Chef at the Oxford and Cambridge Club, and Apprentice Chef at The Royal Household. Victoria holds a Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the University of West London, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
