Fcipd Vicci Laird

Vicci Laird has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Vicci started their career at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall as a Team Lead from May 2002 to May 2003. Later, they worked at Westerwood Hotel as a Meetings & Events Coordinator from an unspecified date in 2003 until 2007. In 2007, they joined Cooke Aquaculture Scotland and held various positions including Human Resources Assistant and Head of HR. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Human Resources Coordinator and later became the Human Resources Manager until January 2018. Additionally, in 2007, they briefly worked at Orkney Fishermen's Society as a Training & Quality Coordinator from March to September.

Vicci Laird, FCIPD, holds a Master of Laws degree in Employment Law from the University of Leicester. Vicci also completed an L7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management from CIPD Qualifications. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in HR Management from the University of the West of Scotland. Vicci Laird further pursued their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management & Development from The University of Salford.
