Emily Ritger is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at both Cookies Retail and TRP Co since December 2024. Previously, Emily held the role of Senior Director of Integrated Marketing at Ayr Wellness Inc. from September 2022 to December 2024, overseeing regional marketing initiatives with state marketing directors reporting directly. Emily's experience includes leadership positions at GrowHealthy, where Emily was the first marketing hire and developed the marketing budget, and at Booster Fuels, where Emily was instrumental in pioneering the gasoline delivery service. Additionally, Emily worked as Marketing Manager at Texas Motor Speedway, shaping marketing strategies for major racing events, and began a career in public relations with roles at Power Public Relations, LLC, and The Richards Group. Emily holds a degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of North Texas.
