Neil Glass

Neil Glass is a seasoned non-executive director with extensive experience in corporate governance and audit oversight across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Cool Company Ltd, and Borr Drilling, Neil also chairs the Nominations and Governance Committee at Borr Drilling while overseeing Optima Asset Management's sponsored investment funds. With a longstanding role as a director at WW Management Limited since 1994, Neil possesses a deep knowledge of best practices in corporate governance, financial documentation, and emerging industry issues such as cybersecurity and ESG reporting. Neil began their career as a Senior Audit Manager at EY, where significant contributions were made to the firm's growth in the audit investment fund sector.
