Stephen Gouin

Stephen Gouin is an experienced operations professional currently serving as an Operations Associate at Cool Gear International since March 2022, managing domestic and import orders and establishing direct communication with factories. In addition to this role, Stephen has been an umpire for the Southeastern Massachusetts Baseball Umpires Association since March 2020, officiating games for players 18 and under. Previous experience includes providing customer service at the Bay Club at Mattapoisett, serving as a camp counselor and site coordinator at YMCA Southcoast, and analyzing baseball performance metrics as Team Director of Analytics at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Stephen also earned an Associate's Degree from Massasoit Community College.
