Christian K. has a wealth of professional experience spanning from 2005 to present. Christian began their career at L'Oreal in 2005 as a Junior Brand Manager for La Roche-Posay and a Junior Marketing Financial Analyst for Lancôme. In 2007, they joined Johnson & Johnson as the Head of Global and EMEA Beauty Business Transformation Program, where they developed a vision, strategy, 3-year roadmap and organizational structure to deliver more than 100 million in annual structural cost reductions. Christian also held the role of EMEA Beauty Strategy Head, Global Piz Buin Equity Leader, Global Brand Manager Piz Buin, and Group Brand Manager Beauty Eastern Europe market cluster. In 2019, Christian K. co-founded Stealth Mode and in 2020 they joined COOLA as the Vice President International, Senior Director International, and Strategic Business Consultant.

Christian K. studied at the University of Cologne from 1997 to 2003, where they obtained a Diplom Kaufmann in Marketing, Business Psychology, and Finance. Christian also completed a course in Business Administration at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi from 2001 to 2002.
