Terje V. has a diverse work experience in customer support and management roles. Starting in 2004, Terje worked as a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agent at Transcom. In 2009, they became a Swedish Customer Care Executive at the same company. Terje then joined Fujitsu Estonia in 2010, where they held various positions including Finnish Customer Support Specialist, Application Support Specialist, and Service Desk Coordinator. In 2014, Terje worked as a Retention Agent at Kindred Group plc before returning to Kindred in 2017 as a Finnish Customer Support Specialist.
