Charlot Raterink

Charlot Raterink is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organization and employee development. Currently serving as Project Manager at Coolblue since October 2020, Charlot has also held positions such as Lead Organization & Employee Development, Senior Organization Improver, and HR Advisor. Prior experience includes working as an HR Consultant at Human Capital Group from June 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities spanned various HR functions including job design, competency management, and advising on organizational restructuring. Charlot also gained valuable experience at JYSK in roles of HR Consultant and HR Assistant, and conducted a master's thesis at Deventer Ziekenhuis on HR practices and employee behavior. Charlot holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Sciences from Tilburg University.
