JP leverages his in-depth product knowledge along with Cooleaf’s comprehensive Support Center to provide helpful technical and product support solutions. JP’s obsession with delivering outstanding customer support is rivaled by his obsession with guitars and music production. As Cooleaf’s resident beat-maker, JP created the tunes that you’ll hear in our training and tutorial videos.
