Matthew Grady

Matthew Grady is the Business Development Manager at Cooleaf. Prior to this, they worked as a Field Sales and Marketing Representative for Techtronic Industries - TTI from September 2021 to April 2022. Matthew was responsible for the sales, marketing, and merchandizing of TTI power tools in the Midsouth Territory. From January 2020 to December 2020, they worked as a Region Recruiting Representative for WinShape Camps where they were responsible for the recruitment of 16 universities around the country. Matthew led a team of 30 on campus representatives and planned and led events to recruit for Winshape Camps. From August 2017 to August 2020, they served as the Student Director of Athletics at Liberty University where they were responsible for student engagement of 15,000 residential students at sporting events. Matthew led a leadership team of 20 and was the Head Student Advocate to Liberty University Athletic Department. Matthew increased student fan experience and culture through public speaking, radio shows, and newspaper interviews. Matthew also created, managed, and ran an official student section (Liberty Lunatics), met with athletic staff, players, and students to create a fun environment for students, and created engaging social media content for Liberty Students. Matthew planned theme nights and giveaways at Liberty Athletic events.

Matthew Grady's educational career began with a degree in Sport Management from Liberty University. Matthew then went on to Crown College to earn their Bachelor of Education in Sport Management. Finally, they obtained their certification in Digital Marketing from HubSpot.
