Ruth O'Connor has extensive experience in nutrition and food services, currently serving as the Director of Support Services and the Director of Nutrition and Food Services at Cooley Dickinson Hospital since March 2010. Previously, Ruth held the position of Director of Nutrition and Food Services at Noble Hospital from February 1998 to February 2010, and worked as the Assistant Director of Nutrition and Food Services at UMass Memorial Medical Center from April 1989 to June 1996. Early in the career, Ruth served as a Registered Dietitian at the Department of Veterans Affairs from June 1980 to June 1989. Ruth O'Connor holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University.
