Shannon Dillard

Shannon Dillard has over two decades of experience in healthcare, currently serving as the Patient Safety and Regulatory Compliance Manager and previously as a Senior Quality Coach at Cooley Dickinson Hospital from 1999 to the present. Shannon's background in nursing includes a Registered Nurse degree obtained from Del Mar College between 1990 and 1992, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in 2003.
