Helen Luu

Helen Luu is an Associate Attorney in the Employment and Labor Group at Cooley LLP, a position held since October 2014. Previous experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Edward M. Chen at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and as Student Counsel at Hastings Appellate Project, where Luu drafted briefs and presented oral arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Additional roles include a Summer Associate position at Cooley LLP and representing clients at the UC Hastings Civil Justice Clinic, as well as a Law Clerk role at the Oakland Unified School District Office of the General Counsel. Helen Luu earned a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA, cum laude, in Political Science and Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.
