Ryan Herda

Ryan Herda has extensive work experience in project management and integration roles. Ryan currently serves as the Director PMO of Training, Development, and Acquisition Integration at CoolSys, where they have developed and implemented training programs for HVAC/R technicians and established a Training PMO. Additionally, they serve as the Director of Integrations at CoolSys. Prior to their current role, Ryan worked as the Director of Integrations at Allied Universal and was responsible for managing acquisitions and communication between senior management and regional presidents. Ryan also worked as a Sr. Program Manager at National Express LLC, where they successfully integrated numerous acquisitions and launched a new operating division. Ryan's earlier experience includes roles as a Lead Project Manager and Area Manager at Hertz, where they focused on continuous improvement and managing operations in Illinois.

Ryan Herda has a Certificate in Biotechnology from UC San Diego, obtained in 2021. Ryan also has a Project Management Essentials degree from Purdue University, completed from 2015 to 2017. In addition, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications, General, from Northern Illinois University, earned between 2000 and 2005. Ryan has acquired various additional certifications in subjects such as Drug Discovery, Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Foundations, and Lean Principles.
