Lotte Hjortlund Andersen

Lotte Hjortlund Andersen serves as the HR, Culture, and Communication Director (CHRO) at Coop Danmark since May 2021, providing leadership in human resources. Lotte also contributes as a jury member for the HR Forskerprisen at Copenhagen Business School and NOCA, recognizing significant HR research. Lotte is actively involved with Tænketanken DEA as a board member, focusing on educational policies. Previous roles include People & Culture Director and Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at ISS A/S and leadership positions within Dansk Industri and ISS Facility Services A/S. Lotte has a M.A. in Labour Law from the University of Copenhagen, holds an MBA from Henley Business School, and is an attorney certified by the Danish Bar and Law Society.
