Kellye Prosise

Kellye Prosise is a contract and program management specialist with 25 years of experience. Kellye joined Cooper Consulting in 2011 and became a member of the management team during the summer of 2012. She works with the Cooper Consulting staff to enhance process efficiencies as well as to drive focus on the key corporate competencies.
