Nitin Deshpande

Nitin Deshpande has over 30 years of work experience in human resources and administration. Nitin currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cooper Corporation Pvt Ltd since May 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Corporate Head-Human Resources & Admin. at Cooper Corporation from December 2010 to April 2019. Nitin also served as the EX , DIRECTOR at COOPER DMCFS SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION from October 2016 to March 2018. Before joining Cooper Corporation, they worked at Garware Polyester Limited as Sr. General Manager-HRD &CES from July 1987 to November 2010.

Nitin Deshpande completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

- From 1983 to 1987, they attended SGGS College of Engineering & Technology and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation.

- During the same period, they also studied at Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University and received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Instrumentation & Controls.

- In 2007 and 2008, Nitin Deshpande pursued an MBA-HR degree in Human Resources Development from IGNOU New Delhi.
