Aditya Oberoi

Aditya joined Cooper Fitch Strategy and Management Consulting team in 2023 as a Delivery Consultant. He specialises in the recruitment of mid-senior level strategy and management consulting roles across both the private and public sectors including top-tier strategy firms including the Big 4 and other multinational consulting firms. He works closely with a talent pool based locally and internationally.

Aditya came to the firm with previous experience working in the private banking sector for one of the Middle East’s largest banking groups. In addition to his work experience, Aditya was raised in Dubai giving him an in-depth understanding of the region which he is able to share with both clients and candidates alike. Aditya attended the University of Warwick in the UK where he achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance as well as obtaining CFA levels one and two. He is a bilingual speaker and speaks both English and Hindi.
