Rida, born and raised in Dubai has been recruiting in the Middle East since 2018. She is Head of Delivery on the Accounting and Finance team at Cooper Fitch where she works closely with her team on the search and selection of high calibre talent across multiple industries and verticals within the GCC. She has been involved in C-Suite as well as senior finance appointments within the public sector, semi government & private sector. Rida specialises in headhunting, market mapping & delivering on assignments by being able to attract first-rate talent and subject matter experts to ensure lasting & successful placements.
