Manuel Oliva has extensive experience in the surface mount technology (SMT) field, currently serving as the SMT CFT Leader at Cooper Lighting Solutions since August 2019, overseeing the SMT area for LED lighting lamp fabrication. Prior roles include Maintenance SMT Engineer at Cooper Lighting Solutions, SMT Quality Engineer at Eaton, and various engineering positions at Rockwell Automation, Elcoteq, Celestica, Visteon Corporation, and Saturn Electronics & Engineering, highlighting a strong background in manufacturing and process improvement. Manuel Oliva holds a degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, earned between 1990 and 1995.
