Matt Haefner has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 30 years. Matt is currently the Human Resources Director at Cooper Lighting Solutions since August 2020. Prior to this, Matt worked at Eaton for 24 years, where they held various roles such as HR Director, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Supervisor. Matt also has experience at Honeywell as a Student Aid and at UPS as a Human Resources Intern. Additionally, they worked as a Guest Service Representative at Holiday Inn and Best Western early in their career.
Matt Haefner earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 1989 and 1993. Later, they completed a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota between 1994 and 1996.
