Blair Mann

Blair Mann is currently the VP of Organizational Development at Cooper Steel. Prior to this role, Blair worked at LBMC Employment Partners, LLC as a Sr. HR Account Manager and HR Manager. Blair also has experience as an HR Representative at DJO and a HR Recruiter at Chattanooga Group. Additionally, Blair worked as an Assistant Director at The Bright School and as an Assistant Kindergarten Teacher. With a degree in Business, Human Resource, and Management, Blair brings a wealth of experience in employee relations, recruiting, and other HR functions to the organizations Blair has been a part of.
