Jennifer Kostic

Jennifer Kostic, EdD, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Associate Provost at Sinclair Community College, where responsibilities include managing faculty recruitment and employee relations, overseeing the applicant tracking system, and leading the Adjunct Faculty Support Office. Previous roles include Director of Talent Management and Learning at Wright State University, where Jennifer contributed to talent strategies and development initiatives, and a Logistics Officer with the US Army at the Defense Logistics Agency. Additional experience includes technical recruiting at Rapid Design Services and co-chairing the Dayton Area Recruiting Alliance. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership from Ferris State University, a Master's in Communication from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor’s in Communication/History from Tulane University.
