Vice President Of Organizational Effectiveness And Learning at Cooper University Health Care

Bridget McCormick has a strong background in organizational effectiveness and learning. Bridget started their career in 2000 as an Organizational Development Consultant at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Bridget then took on various roles within the organization, including the position of Performance Consultant. In 2015, Bridget joined Cooper University Health Care as the Director of Organizational Development and Training. Bridget later moved up to become the Assistant Vice President and currently holds the role of Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Learning.

Bridget McCormick holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University. Bridget also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from the same institution. In addition, they obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2018.
