Melanie Quiles-Johnson

Melanie Quiles-Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations. Melanie started their career at Hospital for Special Surgery as an Assistant Office Manager from March 2000 to May 2007. Melanie then joined St. Luke's University Health Network, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative/Coordinator from May 2007 to July 2019. During their time at St. Luke's, they also played the role of an Epic Builder/Analyst, focusing on Cadence, Referrals, and SER analysis from May 2016 to July 2019. Currently, Melanie is working at Cooper University Health Care as a Patient Access Lead Analyst since September 2019. Melanie also holds the position of Senior Epic Application Analyst at Cooper University Health Care since July 2019.
