Paul M. further pursued their education by completing a Certificate in Paramedic from West Jersey Health System/Camden County College in 1987 and a Certificate in Respiratory Therapy from Rowan College at Gloucester County in 1982.

In 1996, Lambrecht earned their Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from Widener University, specializing in Health Administration. Paul M. continued their education at Widener University Schools of Law, where they obtained a Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) degree in Health Law from 1999 to 2001.
