Paul M. Lambrecht, FACHE has a diverse education history. Paul M. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Glassboro State College in 1988. Paul M. further pursued their education by completing a Certificate in Paramedic from West Jersey Health System/Camden County College in 1987 and a Certificate in Respiratory Therapy from Rowan College at Gloucester County in 1982.

In 1996, Lambrecht earned their Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from Widener University, specializing in Health Administration.
