Marco Cardellini

Marco Cardellini is a seasoned professional in the Human Resources field, currently serving as a Trainer and Consultant at Change Project - Formazione e Consulenza since January 2012. In this role, Marco specializes in personnel selection, performance management, and the organization of human resources, leveraging expertise in training processes and corporate organization. Additionally, since January 2019, Marco holds a position as a Board Member at CoIl Girasole. Previously, from January 2010 to April 2017, Marco was the Head of HR at Il Cenacolo Soc. Coop.va, focusing on the comprehensive development of human resources from initial selection to training and growth paths.
