Kelly Rhodes Adams has a diverse work experience spanning several sectors. Kelly is currently the Director of the Clergy Support Ecosystem at the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Contractor from August 2021.

Kelly also has experience in the education sector, having served as a Project Coordinator for the Life Is Calling Initiative, Center for Congregational Resources at Samford University from May 2018 to June 2021.
