Kelly Rhodes Adams

Kelly Rhodes Adams has a diverse work experience spanning several sectors. Kelly is currently the Director of the Clergy Support Ecosystem at the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Contractor from August 2021.

Kelly also has experience in the education sector, having served as a Project Coordinator for the Life Is Calling Initiative, Center for Congregational Resources at Samford University from May 2018 to June 2021. Kelly also worked as a Program Administrator at the Mann Center for Ethics and Leadership from July 2016 to April 2018.

Before transitioning to the education sector, Kelly worked as a Sales and Service Representative III at First Citizens Bank from September 2015 to June 2016.

Kelly's work experience also includes serving as an Associate Pastor at Edenton Baptist Church from June 2009 to the present. Prior to this, they worked as a Campus Ministry Intern at Campbell University from May 2007 to May 2009.

Kelly Rhodes Adams earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Meredith College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Kelly then pursued a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in Christian Education from Campbell University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
