Patsy Horan

Patsy Horan has over 20 years of experience in safety compliance and workforce development. Patsy began their career at Northwest Mississippi Community College as a Workforce Specialist and Leadership Development Trainer. Patsy then moved on to Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Regional Safety Coordinator before ultimately becoming the Director of Safety Compliance at Cooperative Energy in 2010.

Patsy Horan earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1986. Patsy later completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration at the University of Mississippi in 1994.
