Lucia De Oliveira

Lucy has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for 30 years and has been employed by CO-OP since 1993. For most of her career, she has worked in day services with additional experience in residential services. As CO-OP’s Director of Day Services, she is responsible for management and oversight of all CO-OP day service programs. Her work includes active participation on several committees. Lucy attended Pennsylvania State University and received her degree in Communications.
