Bruce Cather

Bruce Cather is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and technical solutions. Currently serving as the Technical Solutions and Support Manager and Product Manager at Cooperative Response Center (CRC) since May 2007, Bruce is responsible for managing proprietary CRCLink software and overseeing project management and utility cutovers. Previously, as Contact Center Supervisor, Bruce led an inbound contact center that provided customer care services for electrical cooperatives across the United States. Prior to CRC, Bruce worked as Collection Manager at Jolas Law Offices from 2005 to 2007, focusing on attorney referral debt collection and managing purchased credit card debt portfolios. Bruce also served as Business Group Manager at IC System from 1995 to 2003, handling debt collection for small business services clients. Bruce holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Austin Community College.
