Matteo Cerniglia

Matteo Cerniglia has a strong background in the restaurant industry, with their most recent position as the Area Director of Operations at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, starting in September 2016. Prior to that, they were the Area Culinary Operations Manager at the same company from February 2015 to August 2016. Matteo began their career at Cooper's Hawk as a General Manager in April 2011 and held this role until February 2015. Before joining Cooper's Hawk, Matteo worked as a Culinary Partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from June 2003 to April 2011.

Matteo Cerniglia attended Triton College from 1999 to 2002, studying Cooking and Related Culinary Arts, but did not pursue a specific degree.
