Krystal McGuinness

Krystal McGuinness currently serves as Senior Manager of Human Resources Optimization and Business Partner at CooperVision, where responsibilities include establishing a Human Resources Program Management Office to enhance operational practices and lead cross-functional projects that measure success through identified KPIs.
